KeyTweak (System Utilities - Shell Tools)

Keytweak is a free keyboard remapper. It lets you quickly change the mapping for any key. For instance, if your laptop is missing a Windows key, you can fix the problem. KeyTweak uses Microsoft's Scancode Map registry key to remap your keyboard. VB6 Runtime files are required, but are already present on Windows 2000/XP.
