JPGVideo creates an AVI video file from a series of JPG files. These JPG files are usually from a web camera that has been set to take pictures every few seconds, giving you the ability to create a time lapse video production from still images. Any JPG files can be converted into a video file the only restriction is that they all have to be the same size (Width x Height dimensions).
