Deflicker Filter (Audio & Multimedia - Video Tools)

Deflicker Filter for VirtualDub designed to eliminate luminance flicker from film footage transferred to digital video. When video at one frame rate is projected and then recorded from the projection screen at a different frame rate, a temporal moire pattern, or flicker, is produced. This filter removes the flicker restoring the video to something closer to the original 8mm, 35mm or 70mm film.
