A Zealot sees the light in the face of despair, even after a Roman soldier kills his brother. While not directly translating any specific Biblical story (after all, what Hollywood production is really true to the book it adapts from), this movie has all the conviction of later big screen Biblical adventures like The Ten Commandments, without the hugeness of the production.

1961 Sci-fi classic. Following a crash landing on an invisible planet an astronaut encounters a race of miniature people. The women of the planet take a special interest in the astronaut. Very low budget effects detract slightly from a potentially clever story, but this is without a doubt one of the pioneers of the sci-fi genre.
